Snezhina Bozhikova is a legal advisor with more than 10 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector, including project development, construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.  

Snezhina has been consulting for a number of renewable energy producers in Bulgaria alongside international energy investors, whilst advising on the construction and operation of more than 40 MW photovoltaic power plants in Bulgaria. 

Snezhina also participates as a legal expert in EU projects, providing legal research, data collection and legal analysis covering topics, such as energy efficiency measures, energy communities, energy renovation of building stock and necessary reforms in the electricity market. 

Part of her legal experience also includes company formation, acquisitions, advice on various corporate transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.   

Snezhina also has an extensive experience in the field of property law, conducting due diligence on real estate, advising on acquisitions, project assessment and regulatory compliance.
