Branka Dželajlija has been a member of our law team since 2017. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, she started working as a Legal Trainee. In September 2020, Branka became a fully qualified Attorney at Law at the IVVK Lawyers.

Her work focuses on corporate, labor law and real estate. She advises both public and private sector clients on all aspects of labour relations and labour law. Branka is particularly well-known for her work on issues related to the hiring and termination of employees. She continuously assists clients on various day-to-day legal matters, specifically on incorporation of businesses, drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and commercial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring and liquidation of companies.

She has gained vast experience in real estate and construction industry, and is an active member of our real estate team. Furthermore, Branka also represents companies in all types of disputes.
