Aleksandar Ilić is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers. He is a legal veteran and has experience across the length and breadth of the corporate, financial and real-estate law sectors.

Aleksandar was a legal expert in the team for the preparation of the pre-prepared plan of reorganization for “Optika” ad Beograd; he carried out Due Diligence for company BIOLAND doo Belgrade and was instrumental in the takeover of Cyrus Energy – LP Gas.

He is experienced in a multitude of industries includingenergy and natural resources, construction, IT, tobacco, chemical, pharmaceutical, gasoline, medical, and automotive industries. Aleksandar is experienced in the commercial law with a particular focus on investments and business processes. He has professional experience in a myriad of construction and infrastructure projects, as well as in Serbian legal framework for e-Government. Aleksandar boasts a work entitled ‘Investment Fund legislation in Serbia’, published by the “Belgrade Law Review”.
