Markus Feck

Markus Feck is a specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law and a member of the board of directors of a public limited company in Düsseldorf. As a lawyer, he is active in insolvency and insolvency-related corporate law in addition to banking and capital markets law.

He has experience in insolvency administration and international litigation financing. For many years he worked for the largest European consumer organisation and initiated several decisions of the Federal Supreme Court on banking and capital market law issues.

Markus Feck lectures on banking law topics at further training courses for specialist lawyers in banking and capital market law. He has also been appointed by a court as an expert witness on capital market law issues.
