Due to his background as a candidate civil-law notary, Rob van der Meer has specific knowledge in the areas of family property law, inheritance law and corporate law.
He is an estate planner, a member of the Register for Estate Planners (REP) and has also completed the specialist Grotius training programme in this field. In addition to estate planning, he is involved in the settlement and liquidation of (international) estates and inheritance disputes. He is a member of the Dutch organisation for executors (NOVEX) and is available to act as executor or liquidator of your estate.
In recent years, he has also been involved in the LexQuire law firm in advising on a number of business transfers and corporate law issues, including financing and securities and shareholder disputes. Within the LexQuire law firm, he is responsible for compliance (WWFT / UBO and GDPR).
