Miloš Vučković is one of the founding partners at IVVK Lawyers and also the Managing Partner. Miloš is a legal veteran and has experience across the length and breadth of legal proceedings in the real estate, energy and IT sectors.

He is also highly proficient in corporate and financial law, as well as in restructuring with focus on corporate reorganisations, distressed acquisitions and public-private partnerships. Miloš is versed in both advisory and litigation stages of legal counselling. He is also highly experienced in international financial market regulations and client protection under the scope of MiFID I and II and MiFIR, with accent on cross-border financial markets disputes. Miloš is strongly skilled at M&As, corporate law, financial market regulation, labour and migration law.
