During the LexQuire Corporate Masterclass, a select number of students will have the opportunity to meet LexQuire professionals, sample the atmosphere at LexQuire’s headquarters and gain valuable knowledge in corporate law.
LexQuire Corporate Masterclass
LexQuire international tax & law organises a master class for a select number of talented students who are in the final stages of their bachelor or master. You will gain valuable knowledge, work on a case and expand your network. Moreover, the master class will allow you to see whether a job at LexQuire could be on the horizon for you.
During the master class, you will be challenged to work on a case together. You will learn practical legal and practical aspects of incorporation documents, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, liabilities and insolvency. You will receive guidance from LexQuire’s corporate law specialists.
The LexQuire Corporate Masterclass will be concluded informally with drinks together with our lawyers, solicitors, notaries and tax advisers.
Do you have good study results, affinity with international legal and/or tax services and a good command of Dutch and English and/or German? Then perhaps you are eligible to take part in the master class at LexQuire.
