Jacek Mikołajczyk is a Polish lawyer focusing on civil and commercial law, with particular interests in corporate law, contracts and litigation. He supports clients in addressing legal issues and preparing legal documents.

He holds a Master of Laws from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, where he wrote his thesis on the freedom to shape the statute of a joint-stock company under Polish law. He also studied at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

Jacek has gained practical experience working in law firms, assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and handling civil and commercial matters. He is a member of the core team of the Startup Community Poznań Foundation.
