Legal Research Department

The Legal Research Department of LexQuire Tax & Law is dedicated to research and development within various areas of law such as civil law (including corporate, contract and property law), civil procedure, administrative law and private international law. The department is formed by several academics, lawyers and attorneys with experience in practice and/or academics.

The Legal Research Department strives to provide an up-to-date dissemination of scientific and practical knowledge. Through this, LexQuire Tax & Law keeps its staff and clients up-to-date with respect to new laws and regulations relevant for analysing the legal position or our clients in an (inter)national context. Moreover, the acquired knowledge is actively passed on to internal staff and clients through several workshops, seminars and (international) conferences. The Legal Research Department is an important part of the firms overall services and guarantees professional and effective case handling.

Internships and theses

The research department has several vacancies online regarding the performance of specific research. Students also have the opportunity to carry out research for LexQuire Tax & Law during their internship or to apply as a student intern or thesis student in the context of their studies.

The Legal Research Department of LexQuire Tax & Law organizes an annual thesis competition. More information will follow on our website at a later point in time.

Events Legal Research Department

The firm’s scientific office regularly organizes events to enhance the knowledge of its staff and that of other professionals within the industry. These events often focus on sharing the latest legal developments.

Contacts

The Legal Research Department maintains contacts with several international academics regarding specific areas of law in order to increase and share the knowledge and expertise of the office. This is done by inviting speakers to symposia, seminars, and other events, or by collaborating with other academic offices or research institutes. Through these contacts, LexQuire Tax & Law gains access to a wide range of knowledge and experience and can share this knowledge with other staff and professionals within the industry.
