Expertise in legal research and advice

The LexQuire Research Department conducts legal research and contributes to developments in various areas of law. Our expertise lies in the following areas of law:

  • Civil law (such as corporate law, contract law and property law);
  • Civil procedural law;
  • Administrative law;
  • Private international law.

The bureau consists of experienced academics, lawyers, solicitors and barristers with a strong background in both practice and academia. This combination of knowledge and experience enables us to offer in-depth analyses and strategic legal advice tailored to national and international issues.

We ensure the continuous and up-to-date dissemination of academic and practical legal knowledge. This keeps our employees and clients informed of relevant new legislation and regulations and developments that affect their legal position in a national and international context. We actively share the knowledge we have gained through workshops, seminars and international conferences. These events often focus on sharing the latest legal developments.
