Imelda van der Lidnen

Imelda van der Linden is a paralegal with a strong focus on civil law, particularly employment law, contract law and liability law. She thoroughly researches complex legal issues and strives to provide clients with clear, well-founded and practical solutions. Her goal is to make legal processes understandable and to guide clients in making the right decisions so that they can move forward with confidence.

During her studies, she gained valuable experience as a volunteer at the Legal Advice Centre in Uden for two and a half years, where she dealt with a wide range of legal issues and served as a board member and secretary for one year. She then worked for approximately two years as a legal advisor at DAS Legal Aid in the civil department, where she advised clients on a wide range of civil law issues.

With her empathy, perseverance and strong communication skills, she is able to assist clients effectively, regardless of the circumstances. Her knowledge of Dutch, English, German and Turkish enables her to communicate clearly and overcome any language barriers. For her, providing legal assistance means much more than just giving advice: it gives her the satisfaction of helping clients solve difficult problems, providing them with clarity and giving them a sense of security and relief when an issue has been handled carefully and properly.
