Vita completed her master’s degree in private law at Maastricht University. She finds the most interesting area of law within private law to be the law of persons, family law and law of succession. She wrote her master’s thesis on the scope of the duty to inform a legitimised non-heir to calculate his legitimate portion.
During her master’s, Vita did an internship at a law firm where she handled family law cases. This internship reinforced her interest in the law of persons, family law and inheritance law. Since LexQuire specializes in (international) personal and family law within notarial practice, her current position was a logical next step in her career.
Vita is driven to continuously develop herself on a professional level. In the future, she aspires to follow advanced modules in the field of personal and family law, or to pursue a Master’s degree in Notarial Law. She is socially engaged and values the appreciation she receives for her efforts. This recognition contributes to the sense of fulfillment she derives from her work.
