Managing the assets of a person under guardianship involves more than just the client’s financial affairs. As a trustee, debt relief worker or social worker, you may have to deal, for example, with disinheritance or death. Additionally, Issues such as attachment law and banking matters come into play as well. Thus, it is important to have the right information before making financial decisions for your client.
