After graduating from Nijmegen University with a degree in International Private Law, Company Law, and Competition Law, Hans Pfeil worked as a lawyer from 1977 to 2024, first in Breda and then in Maastricht from 1978 onwards.

After 47 years of continuous service as a lawyer, Hans retired at the end of March 2024. Since then, he has remained associated with the firm as an advisor. In addition to general practice, his areas of expertise include corporate and competition law and cases, intellectual property and labor law, as well as inheritance law.

In addition to his work, Hans is a board member of various social organizations.
