Vladimir Mirchev is an experienced litigator with expertise in administrative, civil and commercial disputes across a range of industry sectors, including administrative law, environment protection, energy and natural resources, EU funding, government contracting, public procurements and employment.
He advises clients on corporate and regulatory issues, including company formation and restructuring, property and real estate transactions. A particular focus of his work has been environmental law helping clients with environmental regulations at Bulgarian and EU level.
Vladimir has also been actively engaged in strategic human rights cases and disability rights advocacy involving domestic and international authorities and organizations, as well as before the European Court of Human Rights.
