Diana Petrova has over 20 years of experience in property law and real estate, focusing on domestic and cross-border transactions and the application of European regulations.

Her practice includes real estate due diligence, notarial transactions, mortgage and private loans. She also handles property transfers, the establishment of security interests and limited property rights, property management and investments. She also focuses on inheritance matters with an international element and the drafting of wills.

In recent years, she has actively advised foreign clients and investors on the purchase, management and sale of real estate in Bulgaria. Her experience also includes corporate advisory services relating to the establishment and registration of companies for real estate investments.
