Tsvetelina Marinova

Tsvetelina Marinova has over 16 years of experience as a lawyer and litigator and is now the Managing Partner of LexQuire Bulgaria.  

As a Bulgarian lawyer, Tsvetelina has been advising clients on international contracts concerning commercial transactions between parties located in different countries, international trade regulations regarding the exchange of goods and services across borders, EU Regulations that impact private contracts in the context of consumer protection, e-commerce, and certain cross-border transactions.  

Furthermore, her corporate experience includes assistance in formation and incorporation of legal entities, corporate transactions, ensuring companies compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, employment, and consumer protection. 

Tsvetelina has been litigating before national courts on involving commercial and civil matters such as disagreements over terms, performance, or interpretation of contracts, breaches of contract, disputes over payment or delivery terms, and issues related to contract termination or enforcement. 

Beyond her legal expertise, Tsvetelina’s enthusiasm for the IT sector has led her to delve into software development and programming, enriching her understanding of the emerging technologies. She has been advising on legal issues related to technology and artificial intelligence, including intellectual property, data privacy compliance and regulatory investigations, e-commerce transactions. She has been navigating technology companies through complex legal frameworks to ensure their products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations on national and EU level.
