LexQuire Tax & Law recently advised EFF B.V. in the financing of Warta Tower, one of the leading office buildings in Warsaw, Poland. The transaction value exceeded EUR 63 million and was financed by Santander Bank Polska and Erste Bank. The deal closed at the end of July 2023.
EFF B.V. was advised by Gabriel Spera, Bonny Broen and Stefanie Senden of LexQuire Tax & Law in respect of, among other things, Dutch corporate and finance law and Dentons in respect of Polish law. The selling party was advised by Rymarz Zdort (legal) and Baker McKenzie (financial).
About Warta Tower
The Warta Tower office building dates from the year 2000, has 21 floors and more than 33,000m² of lettable space. Following the acquisition, the skyscraper will be redeveloped to meet the highest market standards in terms of sustainability and providing modern workspace. Renovation work will be completed by mid-2025.
