LexQuire Tax & Law recently assisted Raisting-based Talia Deutschland GmbH (of the Talia Group) with the acquisition of the majority shares in Onlime GmbH which operates a satellite base station (Teleport) in Aerzen, Germany. The deal was closed mid-November 2022 upon receipt of the approval of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz).
