LexQuire Tax & Law recently assisted Elemental Holding S.A. with a new investment round of $290 million by a group of international financial institutions. The deal was closed end-December 2022.
Elemental Holding S.A. was advised by Gabriel Spera and Lode Eymael from LexQuire Tax & Law with respect to the Dutch aspects and Shearman & Sterling with respect to English law. The financing entities were advised by Hogan Lovells.
