Vertical Horizon, part of Böschen IT Investments, has acquired BS Automatisering from Udenhout.
Since 1996, BS Automatisering has specialized in software for planning and managing group transport, such as regional taxis and school transport. The TaxSys software package developed by the company is used by more than 75 transport organizations.
As a result of the sale, the company will become part of Vertical Horizon’s broad portfolio, further strengthening its position in the mobility domain.
BS Automatisering was assisted in the transaction by Gabriel Spera and Rob van der Meer ((both from LexQuire) and MK Bedrijfswaarde. The buyer was advised by Marktlink.
